Policies for Prestige Poker Trip PlannersTerms and ConditionsTrip Planners, Inc. is privately owned and is in no way affiliated with any box office, venue, hotel, or ticket agency. We try our hardest to do a good job for you in good faith. We also feel that you, the customer, must also act in good faith, in order for the transaction to be successful. This includes both parties acting in an appropriate and reasonable time frame. For the most part (and discussed with you individually in exceptional cases), our tickets, hotel prices, and costs are at face value, that is, we do not charge you any additional fees, other than the percentage fees disclosed to you on our fee page. Tickets to “sold out” performances that we obtain for you are then sold to you at the same premium that we have paid for; no additional charges are applied by us. Ticket OrdersWe buy tickets for you directly from the original source. If instructed and discussed, we can buy tickets to various performances at a discount and pass this saving onto you. As mentioned above, some performances, which are sold out, could cost more than the face value of the ticket. When instructed to do so, we obtain these tickets for you from third party vendors, ticket agencies, or directly from the venue at a premium price. We do not add any additional cost. Hotel ReservationsWe always act in good faith; hotel rates are constantly changing and are never final until we purchase them for you. We will always provide you with the best estimate and always check with you about price and status before we purchase your accommodations. Air ReservationsWe always act in good faith; plane fares are constantly changing and are never final until we purchase them for you. We will always provide you with the best estimate and always check with you about price and status before we purchase your tickets. Privacy PolicyWe are committed to your privacy. Because we require some personal information to do business, we make sure to the best of our ability that none of this data can be stolen or corrupted. We never share, rent or sell any information that our clients share with us. External LinksThis site contains some links to other websites. Trip Planners, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other website. Forms of PaymentCredit Cards are the only form of payment that we accept. Currently we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Corporate AccountsCorporate customers and repeat customers have the option of starting their own account with us. This can be useful to both of us as it helps to speed up the process of obtaining difficult and/or multiple tickets. We can also provide billing that may be more efficient for your company. Please let us know if you are interested in a special account. Shipping CostsWe attempt to provide you with all items you have purchased through the internet unless you have requested otherwise. That is, hotel confirmations, airline e-tickets, and in some cases show tickets as well. When delivery of items through other means (FedEx, UPS, etc.) is necessary we will discuss with you the options available; the cost of this shipment will be passed onto you without any additional costs from us. Delivery of ItemsWe will always discuss your preference about delivery of all services and items for which you have paid. If there are any mistakes we will need to be notified within 48 hours of you receiving these items. We will always work in good faith to resolve the issue, however, know that once show tickets are bought, you can usually not exchange them for other performances, times, or locations. Cancellations/PostponementsIf your flight is cancelled or postponed it is your responsibility to deal with the airline directly. They can provide you with a refund or replacement according to their own rules. If you need to cancel a hotel reservation, you need to deal with the hotel directly and are responsible to deal within their rules. If a show is cancelled, each venue is required to provide you with full instructions on how to obtain a full refund. If you need to cancel your trip, we can help you re-sell your show tickets for a small fee. Lost or Stolen ItemsWhen it comes to theatre tickets of any kind, please handle them, as if they are cash. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced in any circumstances. Having a receipt of purchase for show tickets will not help. If you misplace your airline tickets or hotel confirmation, we may have helpful information in our files and will help you replace it. The airline and the hotel can also be a source of assistance in an emergency. Other General PoliciesBefore we purchase anything, the customer has the right to cancel anything without any cost to them. Once you have approved of the “to be purchased” items, we are not responsible for items that are purchased. We reserve the right to cancel an order in full and give a refund in full at any time if we feel the customer is not acting in good faith. Some tickets and venues have age restrictions (ie., 6 years old for some shows, 16 for some, 21 for others); we will do our best to indicate these restrictions to you but cannot be held responsible to know any changes in venue policy. We are also not responsible for the content of any show that you have selected to see. |
